In-person Counselling (New Location Nov 1st)
In-person sessions give opportunity utilize full scope of therapies that we offer clients. Please note the upcoming location change for all in-person appointments after Nov 1st, 2025 (Proactive Chiropractic, 100 - 6424 - 200th St).
Online Counselling
Telehealth sessions are booked in Pacific Standard Time. These sessions use Jane's video chat system. You will be emailed the link for your appointment. Please note that Jane works best with the Google Chrome browser or the mobile Jane Online App and a strong data/wifi signal.
Phone Counselling
Phone call sessions offer the flexibility and a little extra privacy. You will received a call from Derian at the time of your appointment. Telehealth sessions are booked in Pacific Standard Time.
